1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time the order is placed. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size of the items, and delivery destination. You will be able to view the shipping cost before you finalize your order during checkout.

3. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there is an error in the address, please contact our support team immediately to correct it before the order is shipped.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory solution. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered." Please contact the carrier if this occurs.
